4) What do you do for fun?
Although I love to be social and spend time with my friends, I also love to sing and perform! I am a current member of my high school’s varsity show choir and am also a lead role in our upcoming musical! Any time I am able to be up on stage, I take it because that is where I am myself and where I have the most fun.
5) What are your beauty secrets?
My main beauty secret is a healthy diet! Skin, hair, and nails all need vitamins and protein to stay healthy, strong, and beautiful. With the right vitamins and minerals in your diet, you are destined to obtain not only beautiful features, but a beautiful and healthy lifestyle!
6) Any messages for your fans?
Always be yourself and follow your dreams! You have been fearfully and wonderfully made and there is no one else on this earth like you. Embrace who you are and be different because that is the best that YOU can be! You can accomplish anything you set your mind to if you remain positive and hopeful, always remember that!
Interview Miss Nebraska Teen USA 2014 - Savannah Rave
1) Tell us something really interesting about you.
I am the youngest of seven children! I have three brothers and three sisters and they are the most loving siblings in the world! I enjoy holidays at my house in Nebraska because it is always full of my siblings and their spouses and children; I wouldn’t trade them for the world!
2) Who's your favorite Miss Teen USA? /and why?
There have been so many amazing Miss Teen USA titleholders, but I would have to say my favorite is Cassidy Wolf, last year’s titleholder who was the reigning Miss California Teen USA 2013. I admire her approach on internet safety and believe that it is very important for children and young adults to pay attention to, and monitor what they do online. This year’s titleholder will have some serious shoes to fill!
3) Describe the state you're representing in Miss Teen USA.
Many people hear “Cornhusker State” and instantly think corn and farming, but Nebraska is much more that that! Nebraska is a state full of loyal and enthusiastic Husker football fans and also a state with friendly faces. People will wave and smile wherever you go and I am proud to be representing my state of Nebraska at Teen USA!
